While accompanying him on an inspection of a fantastic architect designed luxury home it was amazing to watch Fred work. Not only was he thorough with the structure and painstakingly careful to keep the customer's house clean but he was clearly able to assess the systems of the house and how they were designed to work together like instruments in a symphony. His attention to detail was complete. Not one corner of the home was left uninspected. At the end of the experience he was able to explain to the customer clearly what components were performing as intended and which needed tuned up.
